Exchanges may be accepted with the proof of purchase receipt, for store credit only on unused, unopened merchandise with the original packaging and tags attached. All Returned merchandise must be in unopened, unused, and in original condition with packaging and tags attached. Return items must be received within 7-10 business days of the date the order was received by customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified that the item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.Once approved, your return will be processed and a store credit will be issued within 2-4 business days.
All sale items are final sale. Sale Items cannot be returned for store credit or exchanges.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at email@example.com to see about availability.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item and shipping for the replacement item.
WISH Candle is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please make sure the information you enter is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in shipping delays. Customer is responsible for all reshipping fees due to customer error. No refund or free replacement on deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by purchaser. Once tracking information shows “delivered”, we are unable to issue credit or replacement item.
